Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased from Luzivie within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Final sale items, personalized/custom-made products, and undergarments are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Luzivie account and visit the "My Orders" section
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return request form
- You will receive a return authorization email with instructions and a prepaid return label
- Package your return securely and attach the provided label
- Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement at your preference.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
